Nicole and Jarred's Story
It was a monday night and Nicole came running into my room crying saying her friend Monica was upset with her for liking her older brother. I thought of it as another teen drama and tried to comfort her and try to make things better.
Little did I know this would be a long hard road for her. Ultimatley ending in her death!
She continued to see Monica's brother and to my disagreement and Monica and Nicole's friendship ended. Nicole and Jarred always saw each other. Jarred was a great kid with a bad background. Unfortunatly that would come back to haunt Nicole and Jarred til the end. Quickley Jarred's mother found out, grounded him, and wanted to send him to Nevada. His plane would be leaving in two days just enough time for school to end.
Nicole was so crushed and I could tell him and her were in love. I never seen Nicole so un-happy! She was the most outgoing person and so bubbly. And when she found out he was leaving she was devestated. She was never so sad. I came into her room and tried to make her happier and she looked at me and said "I love You Mom and I Would Never Mean To Hurt You." I was puzzled by what that ment. I would soon find out!
Nicole snuck out her room and went to see Jarred out by a old abandonded building in the woods she took a knife she bought with her. She left a quick note about her 'Plans' and left out the front door.
Nicole and Jarred must have said they're last goodbyes. Then they stabbed themselves with the knifes...
I woke up about 9:00 a.m. and I found her note saying...
"Mom- Me and Jarred cannot live like this anymore we need to be together and I am so sorry. I love you! Love Nicole!"
I was scared and I ran into her room no Nicole. I ran to the old abandoned building (her and jarred loved to go there) and I heard soemthing inside of me say she's in there. I screamed her name and no answer. I went up the stairs and I found her lying in a pool of blood by Jarred. I screamed and cried I called 911 from my cell phone. They treated it as a homicide because of the knifes and two victims after a long case and many suspects everyone cleared.
The case went cold. The night the Poilice told me there wasnt much they could do but wait I had a dream. I dreamed of Nicole. I was talking on the phone to my Mother when I saw Nicole with Jarred in her room. I hung up the phone and I ran to her and kissed her. She looked at me really weird and said "You can see us?" I was just as shocked as they were and said a shaky "Yes". She cried and said "Mom I have something to tell you... Nobody killed us.... We killed our selves." I screamed "NO!!! Some one killed you!! I will find out who hunny!!" She looked at me sadly and said "No Mommy we did this and I am so sorry. I love you!!" Just as the words came from her mouth an angel came down and took Nicole and Jarred by the hand and said "Im Serenity and I will be with Nicole and Jarred untill you arrive." and with just those words they dissapered.
Untill this day I thought they were murdered but now I know It was a 'Lovers Suicide'. I love you Nicole! Mommy is so sorry!! |

A Poem I Found Three Months After Their Death.
She knew it when she met him
From the very first time
They were meant to be together
There wasnt a doubt in her mind
From the first words that he spoke
She could hear it in his voice
She knew he felt the same way
It was a given, not by choice
Immediately they were together
The couple that everyone knew
There was an instant connection
And their friends could feel it too
People said it wouldnt work
Because they came from different places
But their love was everlasting
You could see it in their faces
Their parents saw it differently
Forbidding it to start
But their feelings were so strong
They couldnt keep them apart
Their parents went through everything
Thinking it couldnt last
Judging by accidents
With relationships in the past
It was like they'd known forever
This relationship was right
To him she was his princess
And to her he was her knight
And then they were finally separated
Both of their hearts being torn
It felt like tearing the petals off a rose
And being pricked by the thorn
They found a way to be together
Secretly meeting late at night
Making love until the sun rose
Holding each other tight
Finally they came to realize
This was no way to live
Secretly loving your soul mate
Was more effort then they could give
One night they went together
Bringing along a knife
Kissing each other good-bye
And taking each other's life
The plunging of the knife
Stood for the sacrifices they were making
And the pouring of their blood
Was for the measures they were taking
They held each other tightly
As they watched each other die
But they knew that this was better
Than living in a lie
Hours later they were found
No one knowing just why they died
But stories are going around
Of a lovers' suicide
